1. What types of fragrances do you sell? We offer a wide selection of high-quality perfumes, colognes, and body mists including designer-inspired scents, fresh, floral, woody, oriental, and unisex fragrances. All our products are long-lasting and carefully chosen to give you the best scent experience at affordable prices.

2. Are your perfumes original or dupes? We sell premium fragrance oils and perfumes inspired by popular designer brands. They are crafted to deliver similar scent profiles with excellent longevity and projection, but at much more accessible prices.

3. How long does shipping take? We ship from our warehouse in the US to ensure fast delivery. Here are our shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days — $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days — $0 (most popular)
  • Free Shipping: 7-14 business days — $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days — $10

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier.

4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7-14 business days) on many orders. Some options are completely free, while Express is available for those who need it faster.

5. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact our support team with your order number to start the return process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. How do I choose the right fragrance? We recommend considering your personality, the occasion, and the season. Fresh & citrus for daytime/summer, warm & woody for evening/winter. You can also check the notes (top, middle, base) on each product page. Feel free to contact us for personal recommendations!

7. Are your products cruelty-free / vegan? Most of our fragrances are cruelty-free. We are continuously working toward making our entire collection more sustainable and ethical. Check individual product descriptions for specific details.

8. I didn’t receive my order / my order is delayed. What should I do? Please check your tracking number first. If it’s been longer than the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@weezytech.com with your order number and we’ll help you right away.

9. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship only within the United States.
